This page explains what kairoplanning.com collects, how we use it, and how we treat the data clients share with us.
The contact form
If you use the form, we receive the name, company, email address, SKU range and message you enter. We use them only to reply to you. They are delivered to hello@kairoplanning.com by our email provider, which also sends you one confirmation email, and they are not sold or shared with anyone else.
Client data
Data a client shares with us is used only for that client’s work. It is not sold, not shared outside the engagement, and is deleted on request.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and a few button clicks, such as Talk to us. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally. Your IP address is not stored.
The client portal
Sign-in details are sent over an encrypted connection and used only to verify access. Portal access is by invitation only, and credentials are issued directly to client teams.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies of its own.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@kairoplanning.com.
